Focus Rehabilitation Consulting Inc. provides clinical case management, life care planning, and social work services to individuals experiencing disabilities and life challenges throughout Ontario and, as needed, across Canada.

We are an approved vendor with Jordan’s Principle who support Indigenous Children and their Families.

Focus Rehabilitation Consulting Inc. is also a licensed facility with the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA) and bills directly to accident benefits insurers for persons involved in motor vehicle accidents.

We are also able to provide direct-billing with some extended health benefits insurers when funding for our services is available.
