Focus Rehabilitation Consulting Inc. provides clinical case management, social work services, and life care planning/future cost of care analysis for individuals experiencing disabilities and life challenges throughout Ontario and, as needed, across Canada.

We are an approved vendor with Jordan’s Principle who support Indigenous Children and their Families.

Focus Rehabilitation Consulting Inc. is also registered as an approved provider with Medavie/Blue Cross and able to provide social work services through Veterans Affairs Canada

We are a licensed facility with the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA) and bills directly to accident benefits insurers for persons involved in motor vehicle accidents.

Lastly, Focus Rehabilitation Consulting Inc., is also able to provide direct-billing with some extended health benefits insurers when funding for our services is available.
